Force Majeure: Generations Gold, Inc. will not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from fire, explosion, flood, storm, act of God, government acts, hostilities, labor issues, internet failure, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Generations Gold, Inc., sponsoring financial institutions, affiliates, and all related personnel from any claims or liabilities resulting from your use of the services.

Trademarks and Copyrights: All materials and trademarks are owned by Generations Gold, Inc. unless otherwise noted. No content may be copied or redistributed without written consent.

Disclaimers: Generations Gold, Inc. is not an insurance company, credit repair organization, or credit counseling service. We do not provide credit advice or improvements.

Limitation of Liability: Our maximum liability is $1,000 or the amount you paid for our services, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions may not allow these limits.

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law.

Fair Credit Reporting Act: You may access free credit reports, place fraud alerts, and opt-out of solicitations under 15 U.S.C. § 1681. Eligibility for minors ends the day before their 18th birthday.

Miscellaneous: These terms may not be changed by you unless signed by both parties. If a section is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.

Your Responsibilities:

• You provide only your personal information unless for your minor children.
• You must notify us if your information changes.
• You must safeguard your personal and financial data and avoid phishing scams.
• You are responsible for any information you share with others.
• We are not liable if a bank finds your loss wasn’t due to identity theft.

Your Obligations Include:

• Notify all 3 major credit bureaus, FTC, and law enforcement immediately.
• Notify Generations Gold, Inc. within 30 days of discovering identity theft.
• Report any Unauthorized Fund Transfers per your bank’s policies.
• Take steps to minimize losses and provide full cooperation during investigations.

Exclusions: Losses caused by family members without authority or reported after 30 days are not covered.

Third Party Links: We are not responsible for content or policies of external websites linked from our site. Use at your own risk.

Definition: A “Stolen Identity Event” means unauthorized use of your identifying information (excluding business identities) occurring after your enrollment.

Restoration Services: Generations Gold, Inc. provides up to $5,000 in attorney-assisted ID recovery and up to $250 for document replacement.

We may request supporting documentation and a Limited Power of Attorney to provide services. We may deny services if evidence is not provided or if the event was caused by you.

Service Limits: Restoration Services are not available in mass breach events or to those who enroll after an identity theft event has occurred.

Automatic Coverage: Coverage begins 10 business days after validated enrollment. Minor children are automatically included.

Other Insurance: This policy pays only after other insurance or benefits are applied.

Coverage Area: This policy applies within the U.S. and at branches of U.S.-regulated institutions abroad.

Extended Services: If restoration exceeds $5,000, you may continue services at your own expense. Fraud or misrepresentation voids coverage and requires reimbursement.

Electronic Agreement: You accept this agreement electronically and agree to be bound by any changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
